You can start account deletion in the app or request it at privacy@boom.contact. Requests are handled within the time limits required by applicable law.
Account, credentials, profile and associated data are deleted or dissociated to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security or legal-claims purposes.
Incomplete sessions expire 7 days after creation and are removed by automated cleanup after a maximum 24-hour grace period.
Completed dossiers do not follow the ephemeral cleanup for incomplete sessions. Their retention depends on the validated retention policy, applicable obligations and any legal hold. Backups follow the actual Infomaniak/Jelastic hosting cycle, which must be contractually confirmed before final publication.
