boom.contact processes information needed for the functions requested: identity and contact details, vehicle and insurance information, accident data, photos, voice transcription when used, location when authorised, captured signature, technical information and necessary payment metadata.
Incomplete sessions expire 7 days after creation and are removed by automated cleanup after a maximum 24-hour grace period. Completed dossiers are retained according to the legally validated policy, applicable obligations and any legal-claims needs; they are not subject to the ephemeral cleanup for incomplete sessions.
Production is hosted on Infomaniak/Jelastic with PostgreSQL 16. Other providers may be used for payment, email, OCR, transcription, consented analytics and monitoring. Their locations, DPAs and transfer mechanisms must match the contracts and configurations actually in use.
Mechanisms strictly necessary for operation, security and authentication may be used. Non-essential analytics are subject to consent choices and applicable law.
Applicable rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability can be exercised at privacy@boom.contact. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits.
The hosting provider's exact storage, backup and at-rest encryption guarantees must be contractually confirmed before any final public promise is made.
